What fees apply?

Most trades follow a tiered fee system. under 5,000$ carry a 2 to 2.5% fee, swaps between 5,000 to 25,000$ use a 2.25% fee, and anything above 25,000$ is charged at 2%.

Network fees are included for sending your deposit to us, routing through liquidity providers, and for the final payout to your wallet. Additional fees may apply for unusually high demand.

Do you ever freeze transactions?

No. ElfMixer processes mix automatically and does not freeze transactions.

What happens if I do not send enough before the offer expires?

If your deposit is below the minimum required for that mix, the order cannot be completed and the funds will be refunded.

What happens if I accidentally send too much?

The excess amount of money that was sent will be refunded to you automatically.

What if I send funds after the offer has expired?

If your funds arrive after the indicated time window and the rate has changed, the mixing can either be executed at the current market rate or refunded. You will be informed of the options.

What if confirmation of my deposit takes too long?

Mixing generally conclude within a few minutes, depending on the blockchain traffic. If confirmations are significantly delayed, the rate may be adjusted or a refund offered.

Do I need to register or complete KYC?

No. Elfmixer does not require registration or KYC for mixing
